Founded by Thomas Walsh in 1970, Walsh Imaging is the largest privately-owned radiography service company in the Tri-State area. We provide service and supplies to nearly 3,000 hospitals and medical-imaging facilities in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Massachusetts.
Thomas Walsh formed the company, along with his wife Sarah Ann, after spending several years as an x-ray service engineer for the Picker Corporation. Sarah Ann also had a wealth of experience as an x-ray technician, having worked at a number of healthcare facilities.
Walsh Imaging has enjoyed tremendous growth by focusing on customers and the patients they serve and caring for their employees.
Walsh Imaging was acquired by 626 Holdings out of Delray Beach, FL in November 2017, but continues to operate with the spirit of its founding.
